INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING
by Booking an appointment you are saying, “I Accept” the terms and conditions
Book online using a card on file in the appointment section.
if for some reason you have to book via telephone, a Zelle/Cash App Deposit is required for confirming All appointments

$10 Deposit will be held within 24 hours of booking
To avoid a late cancellation fee reschedule or cancel within 24 hr of appointment
At the time of service Cash, Card, Cash App and Zelle accepted
Please No extra guest unless being serviced or under age of 18 (1 parent allowed)
If booking Mobile please text Up1Kutz office/mobile numbe the following information: your name, appointment time, and the address of where you would like to be serviced to confirm mobile appointment
If there are any change in location of a Mobile appointment you must send the new address no later then 24 hrs prior to the appointment time to confirm new location
Late fee: After 15 minutes a $15 fee is added to total
After 30 minutes appointment will be canceled and 50% deposit be required to rebook
NO CALL NO SHOW: After 3 attempts to contact you your appointment will be canceled a fee will be deducted and you will not be able to book with me again
